Ultrasound And Echocardiogram
Ultrasounds and echocardiograms are commonly-used diagnostic tools in veterinary medicine. They’re similar to an x-ray in that they allow us to see internal organs big and small to help us figure out the source of health problems in your pet.

Real-Time Answers
Ultrasounds allow us to give real-time answers to pet-owners about certain medical conditions. They’re especially useful when trying to diagnose cancerous tumors and cysts. Depending on the situation, we may also use an ultrasound to take a look at your pet’s heart. Echocardiograms are a non-invasive way to check for heart valve leaks or obstructions in the blood flow.
In most situations, we can perform ultrasound-based diagnostic tests without the use of anesthesia. And since the information is viewed live, we can provide you with immediate feedback on your pet’s condition.
